After three months of iterating, Monologue's dictation indicator is completely new.
Instead of a floating microphone that sits in your way, there's now a small dot that lives right next to your text caret and follows you across apps. It fades out while you type, comes back when you stop, and gives you mode switching, hiding, and one-click recording without ever opening the app.
