078 - 3 Communication Styles

Sometimes a conversation just feels off. The other person seems self-absorbed, or too forward, or like they keep steering things back to themselves. Usually nobody is doing anything wrong. You are just running two different communication styles.

This video walks through the three differences: Volunteers vs Invite-Onlies, Askers vs Guessers, and Builders vs Maintainers. What each style is good at, how each one misreads the other, and one small adjustment each side can make.
