075 - Modern MP3 Player

What if instead of Spotify, we had apps that worked like MP3 players?

You put a folder of albums on your phone, it shows up in the app, you listen. You own it, it works offline, and nobody can take it away in a licensing dispute. But built with what we have now: Multipeer Connectivity to hand an album to a friend standing next to you, AirDrop but for a whole album with metadata and playlists intact.

I don't think this app exists on mobile right now. People are buying music on Bandcamp and I have no idea what they're playing it on. If you know of something that already works like this, tell me in the comments, I genuinely want to find it.
